The personalized homepage highlights their reward progress, nearby events, and contextual recommendations based on the customer’s location and the season.

We pushed the envelope with The North Face team by conceptualizing future concepts of how the app could evolve. After a visit to the store, customers would receive a recap of the items they viewed or purchased, and get smart recommendations and inspiration for future activities.
